What are your clinic’s working hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. If your pet needs urgent medical attention outside our hours, we recommend contacting the nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure your pet receives prompt attention and to reduce waiting times. Walk-ins may be accepted for urgent cases, but availability depends on our schedule. Calling ahead is always the best way to secure a convenient time slot.
What types of pets do you treat?
Our clinic primarily treats cats 🐱 and dogs 🐶. We offer a full range of preventive, diagnostic, and surgical services tailored to their needs. For other pets such as rabbits, birds, or reptiles, we can recommend trusted veterinary partners who specialize in exotic species.
Do you offer emergency services?
While we handle urgent care during our regular business hours, we are not a 24-hour emergency facility. If your pet experiences a critical emergency outside our hours, we will guide you to the nearest emergency vet hospital. During business hours, we always prioritize emergencies.
How often should my pet have a check-up?
We recommend that healthy adult pets have a wellness exam at least once a year. Puppies, kittens, and senior pets may require more frequent visits. Regular check-ups help us detect health issues early and keep vaccinations and preventive care up to date.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer pet grooming services?
While our primary focus is medical care, we can provide limited grooming services such as nail trims, ear cleaning, and medicated baths as part of your pet’s treatment plan. For full grooming needs, we can recommend reputable groomers in Mississauga.
How do I prepare my pet for surgery?
Before surgery, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including fasting requirements and pre-anesthetic testing. You should ensure your pet is healthy and hasn’t eaten for the recommended hours before the procedure. We’ll answer all your questions during the pre-surgical consultation.
Do you provide boarding services?
At this time, we do not offer long-term boarding. However, we can accommodate short-term medical boarding for pets that require daily medication or monitoring. Our team will ensure they receive proper care, comfort, and attention during their stay.
